Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show updates.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, email us at gringear0@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
