How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then usually arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after your order ships. If it still hasn't moved after a few days, email us and we'll check on it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number. After that, it may already be on its way.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our full Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to ship anything back.
